How to Add Your Clark Fork River Info to the Interactive Map

Single Data Set Submission

To upload a map file please complete the following form:

File Name

File name exactly as it appears on upload. (inc. file extension)

File Type

File Type relates to the extension. Common file types include; .shp: shapefile, .gdb: ArcGIS geodatabase, .kmz: Zipped KML, mdb: Access database, .xlsx/.csv: tabular data.

Title

Normal text file name or searchable title.

Keywords

Not necessary, but useful for searches. Examples include: monitoring, water resources, nutrients, contaminants, etc.

Description

Brief description of data to support search.

Coordinate System

Include projection, datum, and units as appropriate (feet, meters).

Source

Author, agency, or group responsible for data publication.

Data Effective Start Date

Data Effective End Date

As appropriate - dates encompassed by data. Please leave blank if data has no effective dates.

Contact Name

Name for person who can be contacted regarding the data.

Contact Email

Email for person who can be contacted regarding the data.

Contact Phone Number

Phone number for person who can be contacted regarding the data

Submission Date

Date of file delivery or submission

To upload multiple map files please download and complete the Excel Data Submission Spreadsheet, then complete the following form uploading both the Excel Data Submission Spreadsheet and your Data.
